"The more things change the more they stay the same"
Stigs world (graf-wall) keeps changing around him, evolving, while he stays the same, doing his thing despite the shifting environment.
Begin with black wall on which 2-4 graf writers paint an animated piece which morphs through different shapes, forms and images, all weird, surreal, dark, twisted and sinister. They are time-lapsed to make 12 hours of writing fit the 4mins of track.

The images are key. Speak to Stig to get feedback.
Sometimes relate to lyrics = can easily work out the corresponding times of lyrics in track to time of graf.
Other times let artists improvise and create strange images that reveal themselves before morphing into other forms.
Artists could be dressed in costume (all black to blend in) (clown outfits to stand out) (standard HH baller outfits). This can be a choice rather than just 'model's own'.
At times they could paint something that Stig then walks in to perform in front of and interacts with (standing underneath a crown) (hanging his hat on a hook) (rapping in front certain images) and then restart the time-lapse.

... I'm assuming your HH boys have graf writers who'd be up for being in Stig's vid for free if we give them the paint.
everything else is free.
Shoot time would be one whole day 9am-9pm.
Skeleton crew.
Minimal editing time.
Finished product could be delivered next day.
